Nhat Anh Tran is a Vietnamese AI researcher, innovator, and master's student, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (AIoT). He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems from Can Tho University, Vietnam, and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things at Thammasat University, Thailand, under the fully funded TAIST–Tokyo Tech Scholarship Program.

With a passion for applying AI for mental health and sustainability, Nhat Anh Tran is the founder of IAmHere, an AI-powered mental health platform that supports individuals with depression through data-driven insights and intelligent recommendation systems. His research includes more than four scholarly publications in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Diffusion Probabilistic Models, reflecting his commitment to using technology for social good.

Beyond academics, Nhat Anh Tran serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Vietnamese Students’ Association in Thailand, and has represented Vietnam at international programs such as the YSEALI Summit 2023 in Bali, the YSEALI Impact Showcase 2024 in Jakarta, and various UN and UNICEF initiatives on youth empowerment, mental health, and digital inclusion.

Recognized for his leadership and innovation, Nhat Anh Tran has received several prestigious awards, including the Future VPBanker Excellence Scholarship, the University of Stirling Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship, and the Stanford University Code in Place Fellowship. He continues to pursue the intersection of AI, sustainability, and community development, believing that technology guided by empathy can create a more inclusive and sustainable future.
